Migrant Information Centre Booklet
The Migrant Information Centre (Eastern Melbourne) has produced a resource called The Healthy Living in Australia booklet.
The resource is a 44 page pictorial guide to living healthily in Australia, and is useful for parents that have recently arrived in Australia. The guide covers a range of topics including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, dental care, physical activity and much more. The guide is based on foods readily available in Australia to assist newly arrived community members as well as the broader community to make healthy food choices.
